Tip of The Week

Here's a cool tip to remember whenever you're trying to photography people - get to know your subject’s personality. Don't try to 'force' a serious or somber person to look cheerful. Why? Because the picture can turn out looking forced or fake. Of course, if your subject is a happy type of person, then its great! Capitalize on his or her smile and snap away!

Remember, always try to use what you know about the subject to create a believable portrait that reflects his or her personality well.

Touch Up Your Photos Easily with Ulead PhotoImpact

Looking for a great photo editor that does its job, yet doesn't burn a hole in your pocket? Well, one program I've used for a pretty long time is Ulead PhotoImpact. This program has all the usual tools you expect in a photo editor, contained within a smart, uncluttered user interface. It's definitely worth a try, especially if you don't want to invest in expensive commercial editors like Adobe Photoshop CS.
