Tip of The WeekDo you like to take photographs of birds? Birds are one of the most popular wildlife photography subjects out there. Here are some tips on how to shoot photos of birds. One simple approach for bird photos is to understand some basic bird behaviors. Bide your time and wait for the perfect opportunity to capture the bird bathing, hunting or stretching its wings - it really makes a difference to the effect of your photos. Another approach is to shoot the bird off-center. Bring the bird into focus when centered in your viewfinder, then move them off to one of the gird intersections of your frame, according to the Rule of Thirds. A last tip is to watch the lighting conditions. Typically, for outdoor photography, I like to work in the morning and evening. Overcast days also tend to be good for shooting bird photos.
